Order Processing Time

We start processing your order within 24 hours of receiving it.

Standard items are typically dispatched within an estimated 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation. Embroidered suits require extra craftsmanship and quality checks, so please allow 5 to 9 business days after confirmation for dispatch.

If you have a tight deadline, contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to work with your schedule.

We process orders Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be queued for the next business day.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may go through customs clearance on arrival. Any import duties, taxes, or local fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices. Customs processing times vary by region and are outside our control.

If your shipment is held at customs, we will reach out and provide any documentation needed to help move things along.

Please note that occasional delays may happen due to extreme weather, carrier disruptions, global geopolitical events or other events outside our control.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a complete physical street address, including building or house numbers, to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by transit or customs do not qualify for cancellation, return, or refund once an order has been dispatched.
